Semenjak akhir-akhir ini, nama pelakon yang sedang meningkat naik, Farah Nabilah sering dikaitkan dengan pelbagai isu sehingga menjadi bualan netizen.
Minggu lalu, heroin drama Titian Cinta ini dikecam gara-gara komen yang diberikan kepada peserta program Bintang Bersama Bintang yang dianggap kurang tepat.
Biarpun Farah telah memberi kenyataan tentang isu tersebut dan membuat permohonan maaf menerusi Insta Story (Instagram), ada yang mengganggap alasan Farah tentang keadaan dirinya yang sedang PMS ketika itu sebagai tidak profesional.
Sebenarnya saya hanya bergurau tentang PMS tu sebab ramai yang nampak terlalu serius pasal isu tersebut ketika itu.
Kalau wartawan tanya dalam sesi temu bual, takkanlah saya jawab macam itu.
Saya hanya melawak di media sosial dan tak ada pun jadikan keadaan saya itu sebagai alasan untuk menutup kesalahan atau apa saja anggapan yang dilemparkan, jelas Farah ketika ditemui di majlis pra pelancaran DFKL.
Bagaimanapun, apa yang berlaku itu tidak menghalang Farah untuk menjadi dirinya sendiri.
Katanya lagi, dia menghormati segala teguran yang diberikan, cuma lebih selesa mengambil hanya perkara positif untuk kerjaya seninya.
Apa sahaja yang berlaku, saya jadikan pengajaran dan cuba perbaiki pada masa depan.
Apa pun lebih selesa untuk jujur dan berterus-terang dalm menyuarakan sesuatu. Terpulang kalau orang nak terima atau sebaliknya.
Memang betul orang kata, kalau jujur sangat pun payah juga, tapi saya tak boleh nak hipokrit, tunjuk baik semata-mata nak suruh orang suka saya, luahnya yang kini sibuk di lokasi penggambaran drama Halalkan Hati Yang Ku Curi.
Meskipun begitu, pelakon yang turut tercalon untuk kategori Aktres Pilihan dan Pasangan Pilihan untuk DFKL 2018 ini mengakui sudah bersedia untuk berdepan dengan apa sahaja cabaran sebagai anak seni.
Memang lumrah menjadi anak seni di mana kita tidak dapat lari daripada berdepan kecaman, dugaan dan sebagainya.
Apatah lagi dalam zaman digital yang semua benda pun akan jadi tular dalam sekelip mata saja.
Jadi artis zaman sekarang sangat mencabar berbanding dulu. Sekarang buat silap sikit saja terus tular, cakap jujur pun kena kecam.
Tapi saya terima semua itu sebagai cabaran kerana saya sendiri yang memilih untuk menjadi anak seni, kongsinya kepada Sinar Harian.
