Penyanyi Nita Hamzah telah menghubungi bagi mengundang ke majlis pernikahannya bersama pasangannya Mohd Fareez Shamsul Bahari pada 29 April depan.
Nita atau nama lengkapnya Norhanita Hamzah kini sedang sibuk melakukan persiapan untuk majlis bersejarahnya yang bakal diadakan di Selayang Height, Batu Caves.
"Majlis nikah ini jemputan tak ramai hanya dalam 500 orang sahaja. Ada mini pelamin sahaja untuk sesi bergambar. Kami bernikah pagi dalam jam 11 dan hanya dihadiri oleh keluarga dan kenalan rapat kedua-dua belah pihak sahaja.
"Majlis resepsi pihak lelaki akan diadakan pada bulan Ogos manakala di pihak saya, akan difikirkan tarikh selepas itu,” kata Nita yang telah empat tahun berkenalan dengan tunangnya itu.
Nita dan Fareez telah mengikat tali pertunangan pada 13 Ogos tahun lalu.
“Keluarga kedua-dua belah pihak juga gembira dengan keputusan itu memandangkan mereka memang nak kami cepat-cepat bernikah,” katanya kepada Sinar Harian.
“Alhamdulillah dah alang-alang ada rezeki untuk kami bernikah, kami akan langsungkan saja. Bersanding tu nanti boleh buat kemudian,"katanya.
Nita merupakan pemenang tempat kedua program realiti Malaysian Idol musim kedua dan kini aktif membuat persembahan di majlis-majlis tertutup.
